ABHISHEK REDDY ORAL ORDER 16-10-2023 The only grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition is that he is seeking indulgence of this Court to give a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to dispose of the application made for registration of the petitioner as pharmacist.

2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents states that he has no objection if a direction is given to the Respondent No. 5 to consider the application of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.11997 of 2023(2) dt.16-10-2023 2/2 petitioner on its own merits.

3. Having regard to the same, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Respondent No. 5 to consider and dispose of the application made by the petitioner, if it has not already been disposed of, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the this order.

4. With the above direction, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
