Opposite party Nos. 2-4 has filed a show-cause wherein, in paragraph-12 thereof it has been stated that on examination of the petitioner's case the claim of the petitioner has been rejected and communicated to the petitioner vide Memo No. 1267 dated 21.08.2021. 3. On perusal of the show-cause filed by the opposite party Nos. 2-4, I find that the order dated 14.03.2019 passed in CWJC No. 5033 of 2019 has been complied with by the respondents.
