Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bahadurpur (Sonki O.P.) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2018 for offences punishable under Sections 353,387,420,504,506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case, as lodged by the Head Master of the Basudeopur Middle School stating therein that an Assistant Teacher, Randhir Kumar Yadav was a mischief monger and on the earlier date he had signed the attendance register when he arrived to school and thereafter left the school. The informant got information that the Assistant Teacher had committed some anti-social act outside during school hours. Thereafter, the petitioner who is the Sarpanch came along with

No.28192 of 2018 (2) dt.10-05-2018 2/2 another co-accused and pressurized to make interpolations in the attendance register but just then, the police arrived and arrested the petitioner and other co-accused Prakash Sahni. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he is innocent, he had earlier scolded the informant Head Master to keep the attendance register and other registers in order and as a repercussion, the petitioner has been made accused in the present case by the informant Head Master. He submits that he has been made accused only on suspicion and is languishing in judicial custody since 20.03.2018.
However, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.
Considering the facts and circumstances and the materials on record, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Bahadurpur (Sonki O.P.)
