2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dumariyghat P.S. Case No. 182 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, in a broad day light, the petitioner and others are accused of looting about Rs. 19,00,000/- and other articles from the ICICI Bank.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 10.03.2025.

5. The name of the petitioner has surfaced in this case on the basis of self inculpatory statement of co-accused.

6. The petitioner is also accused in 2 more cases of similar and serious nature.

7. Considering the gravity of the offence and the criminal antecedent of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49027 of 2025(2) dt.11-08-2025 2/2 grant bail to the petitioner.

8. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

9. During the course of argument, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that no T.I. parade has been held in this case.

10. In view of the above, the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran is directed to send a report in this case as to why in such cases, T.I. parade is not held in the District of East Champaran. The report must be received within two weeks after communication of a copy of this order.

11. List this case after three weeks for perusal of the report.

12. Learned APP for the State is directed to communicate a copy of this order to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran.

13. Let a copy of this order be communicated to the Superintendent of Police, East Champaran through FAX also.
