JUSTICE JITENDRA MOHAN SHARMA ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner wants to renew his prayer for bail which was earlier rejected by orders dated 03.05.2016, 12.04.2017 and 22.11.2017 passed in Cr Misc. Nos. 11938 of 2016, 13600 of 2017 and 55939 of 2017 respectively, on the ground that the petitioner is suffering in custody since 04.09.2015 and up till now only three prosecution witnesses have been examined and as such in near future the trial is not likely to be concluded though there was direction to conclude the same preferably within four months. The learned A.P.P. submits that the trial is in progress and the petitioner is the assailant. In the facts and circumstances stated above, at

No.31180 of 2018 (2) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 present finding no good ground for reconsideration of prayer for bail, again prayer for bail of the petitioner stands rejected in connection with Sessions Trial No. 29 of 2016 arising out of Bhagwanpur Hat P.S. Case No. 59 of 2015 pending in the court of A.D.J-VI, Siwan.

However, considering period of detention, the learned trial court is again directed to expedite the trial and to conclude the same as early as possible preferably within two months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. (Jitendra Mohan Sharma, J) Abhay/- U T
