Petitioner is in custody in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018 for offenses punishable under sections 188, 272, 273 of Indian Penal Code and Sections 30/30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 20.04.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. He submits that he has been roped in this case because he reached the place of occurrence as a spectator and police arrested the petitioner on suspicion.

No.32181 of 2018(2) dt.05-06-2018 2/2 Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 20.04.2018, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 6th Additional District and Sessions Judge, Excise, Saran, Cahpra, in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 111 of 2018.
