It is submitted by learned Counsel for the petitioner that due to inadvertent typographical error instead of "Bhagalpur", the district has wrongly been mentioned as "Banka" in the description of the petitioner at cause title in the bail application vide Cr. Misc. No. 9263 of 2020. Drawing attention of the Court to the description of the petitioner in the column of accused person such submission is made.

Considering the submission, this Court would direct that in the order dated 13.5.2020 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9263 of 2020 in the description of the petitioner, district "Bhagalpur" be read in place of district "Banka".

The modification application stands allowed.
