The petitioner is apprehending her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner.
