The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 146 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 325 and 307/34 of I.P.C. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against them. There is case and counter case due to possession of land and the Doctor has examined the informant and his son and found simple injuries. Having considered the above submissions as well as
