The petitioners have filed the instant application for modification of the order dated 08.04.2022, whereby while granting bail to the petitioners in connection with Complaint Case No. 87 of 2018, petitioners were directed to surrender in the Court below within a period of four weeks. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners are farmers and due to lack of communication, they could not surrender on time.

No.47678 of 2022(2) dt.07-09-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner and the contents of the modification application, the Court is inclined to allow the prayer of the petitioners. The order dated 08.04.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53529 of 2021 is modified and the time granted to the petitioners in the said order to surrender in the learned Court below is extended by a further period of four weeks from today. The remaining part of the order shall remain unchanged.
