2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 120B of the IPC and sections 27, 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, three miscreants committed murder of the mother of the informant.

4. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioner is not named in the FIR. There is no other direct or indirect evidence against the petitioner to show his complicity in the occurrence . Charge sheet has already been filed. Petitioner is in custody since 08.1.2024. 5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for regular bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional ADJ - V Danapur, Patna in Bihta Police Station Case No. 12 of 2024.
