Statement is made by the counsel representing the State Bank of India, Bihat Branch, Begusarai that the bank account in question is running smoothly and without any hindrance.

What is of significance is that the present petitioner is no longer the Principal of the college in question and there is a dispute going on for which the petitioner has filed CWJC No. 13870 of 2014.

In the changed circumstances no adjudication in view of the above is required to be made in the present writ
