2. In this case, the petitioner is seeking regular bail in connection with Kharik P.S. Case No. 80 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 137(2), 96, 3(5) of the BNS.
3. According to the FIR, the petitioner enticed away the minor daughter of the informant.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. The victim girl has solemnized marriage with the petitioner as per her own sweet will. Learned counsel is submitting that the victim girl is residing presently with her parents.

5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that according to certificate of middle class Jamaldipur, the victim's date of birth is 1-1-2010 and at the time of occurrence, she was 15 years old.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, presently, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, it is rejected.
7. However, the petitioner, if so advised, may renew his prayer for bail after examination of at least three witnesses during trial.
