Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Tajpur PS Case No.21 of 2018, registered under Sections 342, 382/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that two mobiles and motorcycle of the informant was robbed by two unknown miscreants and later on it is alleged that one of the mobiles was recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that petitioner is worker in the scrap shop and the recovered mobile is his personal mobile, IMEI number of the robbed mobiles do not tally with the petitioner's mobile, moreover the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30482 of 2018(2) dt.16-05-2018 2/2 has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner Vinay Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Samastipur in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.21 of 2018.
