The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Begusarai Rail P.S. Case No. 01 of 2018 for offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation is regarding the petitioner engaging in pick-pocketing.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been roped in the present case only on suspicion. Nonetheless, it is submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 19.01.2018.
Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bon of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
