Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nathnagar P.S. Case No. 220 of 2021 lodged under Sections 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 of the I.P.C.

As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against 5 named accused persons and allegation of attempt to outrage of modesty of the informant is there. Threat of throwing tejab (acid) and also assault in the eye and head is there in the F.I.R.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He further

Learned counsel submits that the informant and the petitioner's side are well known to each other. The actual quarrel took place between the ladies of both the families and injury took place to both sides but the informant's side is influential, whereas petitioner's mother is working as cook in school and belongs to a poor family. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 22.06.2021 and charge sheet has already been filed in this case. Learned counsel further submits that the petitioner is innocent and having clean antecedent. On the specific call whether charge has been framed or not, learned counsel has shown his inability to inform to this court.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that injury report shows that injuries are grievous in nature.

In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at present. But liberty is hereby granted to the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge before Trial Court and Trial Court shall thereafter release the

With this observation, the bail application stands rejected.
