2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that subsequent to filing of the present writ petition, an FIR was lodged and the petitioner was terminated. The authorities have now taken action for recovery of salary etc. from the account, which were already paid to the

Patna High Court CWJC No.281 of 2017(9) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 petitioner.

3. The learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed a writ petition bearing CWJC No.20271 of 2019 against the order of termination and lodging of FIR against him and seeks to withdraw the present petition.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
