The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code was added. The allegation is regarding unknown accused persons having intercepted three boys going on a motorcycle and having snatched the articles including a mobile, which is said to have subsequently been recovered from the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that neither any T.I.P. has been conducted in the present case nor the identification of the mobile has been made by the victim so as to implicate the petitioner with the alleged crime. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner on regular bail. Accordingly, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 5th A.C.J.M., Bhojpur, Ara in connection with Bihiya P.S. Case No. 84 of 2017.
