The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Ghoghardiha P.S.Case No. 123 of 2017 registered under Sections 401,413 and 414 of the Indian penal Code.

Allegation in brief is that one stolen motorcycle from the possession of the petitioner was recovered and leading to his confession, four other stolen motorcycles were also recovered and he has also criminal antecedents of similar nature. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected. However, trial court is directed to expedite the trial.
