The petitioner being the husband of the victim is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage for non fulfillment of dowry demand. The dead body of the victim was recovered from a field.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the dead body was handed over by the informant's side to the police.
Considering the nature of accusation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner in
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3874 of 2015 (2) dt.29-01-2015 connection with Masaurhi P.S. Case No. 247 of 2011 pending in the Court of Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Masaurhi, Patna. Accordingly, his prayer for bail is rejected. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) P.K./- U T
