The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chandi P.S. Case No. 3 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the accused persons is stopping a truck and snatching money from the driver. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the petitioner has transpired during the course of confessional statement made by the co-accused person and the said co-accused person has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 27.4.2017 passed in Cr.
