JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 10-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 27.3.2018, seeks bail in Aurangabad Town PS Case No. 95 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 337, 323, 324, 435, 436, 427, 307, 332, 333, 353, 360, 295A, 188, 120B of the IPC and Section 27 of the Arms Act. It is submitted that the allegations are general and omnibus against large number of people regarding indulging in communal riot and arson, similarly situated co-accused have been admitted to bail by this Court, arising out of the same incident in different police station he has been made accused and except that he has no other criminal antecedent.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Ramrup Paswan is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Town PS Case No. 95 of 2018.
