JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 467 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. Only cash of Rs. 4,000/- is said to have been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Name of petitioner has come in this case, on his own confession that too before the police. Till date no test identification parade has been held. Charge-sheet has already been submitted. Petitioner is in custody since 25.04.2019. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
