The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Parihar P.S.Case No. 213 of 2017 registered under Sections 363,366A/34 of the Indian penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

It is contended that it's a case of elopement as the same is reflected from the statement of the girl recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. and categorically stated that she voluntarily went to the petitioner and nothing wrong was done with her and her age is found by the Medical Board between18-19 years and she returned back after two days of lodging of the FIR. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Kapildeo Singh, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two
