ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bhagalpur Mahila P. S. Case No. 24 of 2014 registered for offences punishable under Sections 385 & 387 of the Indian Penal Code. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that there has been valid marriage as per Muslim rite between the petitioner and the daughter of the informant. It is also submitted that after recovery of the daughter of the informant, the petitioner started to send SMS on the mobile phones and threats were being made by the petitioner with filthy and abusive language. Considering the aforementioned facts and submissions as stated in application that the petitioner is a legally married husband of the daughter of the informant and also the
