JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Earlier vide order dated 13.3.2015 petitioners no. 1,2 and 3 had been allowed the privilege of anticipatory bail on their arrest/surrender before the court below within four weeks from the date of order. However, for some reasons, they did now surrender within the said time frame and prayed for extension of the same in Cr.Misc.No.20134 of 2015. Said Cr.Misc. petition was disposed of on 8.5.2015 and petitioners were given further four weeks time to surrender on the same terms and conditions mentioned in order dated 13.3.2015. As order dated 8.5.2015 inadvertently mentions C.W.J.C.No. 38037/2014 in place of Cr.Misc.No.38037/2014,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.38037 of 2014 (3) dt.21-05-2015 2/2 petitioners have filed the instant case for modification of order dated 8.5.2015 so that they may surrender in execution of order dated 13.3.2015.

In the circumstances, the time period of surrender granted to petitioners no.1,2 and 3 in Marhawrah Police Station case no. 195 of 2013 vide order dated 13.3.2015 is extended by further four weeks from today.

Registry to ensure communication of this order to the court concerned.
