JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL ORDER 07-02-2022 Heard both the parties through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Jamo Bazar P.S. Case No.60 of 2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Taking into consideration the nature of allegation and the injury of stab wound, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

The same is accordingly dismissed.
