JUSTICE SATYAVRAT VERMA ORAL ORDER 27-07-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.P.P. for the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147,148, 149, 323, 324, 307 and 352 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of intervention of well-wishers, the case has been compromised between the informant and the petitioner and in support of the same, a supplementary affidavit has been filed bringing on record the compromise dated 12.07.2022 (Annexure-5) entered between the parties.
Learned counsel for the informant does not dispute the compromise and also does not oppose the anticipatory bail

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the informant, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with M.U. P.S. Case No. 96 of 2020 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
