The petitioners, two in number, apprehend their arrest in a case registered under Section 47(a) of the Excise Act. According to the prosecution case, it appears that 400 Kg of plastic wrapper was recovered from a hut situated in front of the house of the petitioner, but no country-made liquor was recovered.
Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6788 of 2015 (2) dt.19-02-2015 2/2 satisfaction of Sushree Kalpana Srivastava, Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in Complaint Case No. C'.No.27/13 / Trial No. 3255/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
