Heard learned counsels for the parties.

Learned counsel appearing for opposite party nos.2 and 3 submits that grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed which is evident from paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 of the supplementary show cause. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that opposite parties have not properly calculated service of the petitioner in accordance with the rule at the time of giving benefit of first as well as second ACPs which is evident from annexures A and B to supplementary show cause. In my view, the aforesaid dispute is not the subject matter of this MJC and the petitioner may raise his grievance in respect of calculation of his service for grant of first as well as second ACPs before the competent authority i.e. opposite party nos.2 and 3 and if his grievances are not redressed by the competent authority, petitioner may take legal recourse before appropriate forum in accordance with law.
