JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 30-01-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406,467,468 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged that rupees one lac was taken by the petitioner at the time of marriage of his sister but the said money was not returned. When the informant demanded back the money, this petitioner became furious and threatened for return of the cheque given to the informant.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner handed over the cheque to the informant of rupees one lac for transfer of a land. Though the said cheque was not encashed by the informant, but in order to misappropriate the

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of twelve weeks from today on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sakra P.S. Case No. 573 of 2013 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
