Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of dowry death.

Petitioner is mother-in-law of the deceased.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He next submits that allegation against the petitioner is general and omnibus. Moreover, she is separate in mess and property and is not concerned with the family affairs of the couple. Thrust of accusation is against the husband of the deceased who is already in custody. Petitioner has got clean

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sherghati, Gaya in Barachatti P. S. Case No. 425 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
