The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section 401 of Indian Penal Code.
The allegation is regarding the petitioner having been apprehended along with HYWA vehicle and upon investigation it transpired that the registration of the said vehicle has been procured after committing forgery.

The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and he is languishing in custody since 07.03.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Muzaffarpur in connection with Sadar P.S. Case No. 138 of 2018.
