Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Danapur P.S.Case No.292 of 2019 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner and other accused persons is of kidnapping of the minor daughter of the informant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that statement of the girl has been recorded who has disclosed her age as 22 years before the court below and the court below has also assessed her age as 22 years, in which she has disclosed that she had gone on her own sweet-will with one Avinash Kumar. She has not taken the name of the petitioner.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM-Ist, Danapur, Patna in connection with Danapur P.S.Case no.292 of 2019, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
