JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-02-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, u/s 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act and u/s 20/22 of NDPS Act.

As per the prosecution case, 936 grams of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the case. It is submitted that as per FIR, less than small quantity of Ganja has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 30.05.2021 and investigation in this case is complete. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the
