None ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-11-2019 The petitioners claim that they were appointed as Accredited Statistical Volunteers in 2013. It is their grievance

Patna High Court CWJC No.1474 of 2017(3) dt.14-11-2019 2/2 that after 06.06.2016, no work is being taken from them. On perusal of the pleadings in the writ application, I find that the petitioners have not been able to make out any case of their legal right to continue after 06.06.2016. It is the petitioner's case that no order of termination has been served on them.

The question is whether such order was required at all to be served on the petitioners as the petitioners have failed to establish their right to continue beyond the date up to which they had worked.

There is no merit in this application, which is accordingly dismissed.
