This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Laukahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 (G.R. No. 325 of 2020) for the offence punishable under Sections 143, 341, 323, 379, 307, 448, 427, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the fact that the prosecution version is not supported by the injuries sustained by the injured persons, this application is allowed.
Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.10477 of 2021(2) dt.07-12-2021 2/2 their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani, in connection with Laukahi P.S. Case No. 48 of 2020 (G.R. No.325 of 2020), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
