Learned Counsel for the Municipal Corporation submits that at the time of retirement counsel for the petitioner has given his undertaking that there is no grievance left for the petitioner by virtue of filing counter affidavit, though counter affidavit has already been filed in online mode and office may be directed to accept hard copy.

3. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of the writ petition the petitioner has retired and his grievance has been fulfilled. As such, he seeks permission to withdraw this application.
