====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Kharagpur P.S.Case No. 339 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 307 and 324/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that on account of suspicion that petitioner's no. 1 husband died due to witch craft practices by the mother of the informant, so in the night the petitioners along with other unknown criminals entered in the house and killed his mother.

Submission is that the specific allegation is against only Pankaj Kumar, son of petitioner no. 2, and there is no any allegation that both petitioners were even present at the spot and they have no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioners, namely, Most. Babita Devi and Motilal Yadav,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28665 of 2018(2) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 are directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Munger in connection with Kharagpur P.S. Case No. 339 of 2017.
