JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 14-05-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are in custody in connection with Salkhua (Chraiya OP) P.S. Case No. 215 of 2017, a case under Section 304-B, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioners are mother and uncle of the husband of the victim of dowry death.

Husband of the victim is already in custody. There is general and omnibus allegation of demand of dowry against the petitioners. They are in custody since 10.10.2017. Investigation of the case is already closed.

Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28792 of 2018 (3) dt.14-05-2018 2/2 (Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Salkhua (Chraiya OP) Police Station Case No. 215 of 2017 with condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
