The petitioners seek bail in anticipation of their arrest in connection with Belaganj P.S. Case No. 205 of 2020, dated 06.07.2020, instituted for the offences under Sections 442, 341, 323, 308, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

An occurrence took place in which the petitioners

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.9899 of 2021(2) dt.20-12-2021 2/3 are said to have assaulted the members of the prosecution party. Admittedly, the petitioners are the agnates of the informant. One person has received injury, nature of which has been reported to be simple.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that from the narration of events in the F.I.R., it appears that the injury suffered by the victim is unintentional. It has further been submitted that one of the accused persons of this case, namely, Upendra Yadav has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court vide order dated 26.10.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 5854 of 2021. Regard being had to the general nature of accusation, the attendant circumstances and the fact that the petitioners are the agnates of the informant and do not have criminal antecedents, they, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks, are directed to be released on bail on their furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Chief Judicial
