Patna High Court CWJC No.16536 of 2014 dt.22-06-2015 2 / 2 No. 5221 of 2015, disposed of on 19/5/2015 and similar other writ application i.e. 15661 of 2014 and other analogous cases, disposed of on 7/4/2015. No counter affidavit on behalf of the University has been filed till date, even though writ application was filed as far back as on 18.9.2014. Writ application is disposed of with an observation that the direction issued in the above writ applications will also apply to the petitioners if they also form the ministerial class of employees under the Rajendra Agriculture University.

Let a decision be taken within a period of eight weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order.
