The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018 for the offences punishable under Section(s) 25 (1-b)a, 26 of Arms Act.
The allegation is regarding the recovery of one countrymade pistol from the petitioner when he was apprehended by the police.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and is having a clean antecedent. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 24.02.2018. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, it is directed that the petitioner be released from custody
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.31712 of 2018 (2) dt.31-05-2018 2/2 immediately upon completion of six months custody upon such condition as maybe imposed by the learned A.C.J.M. - cum-Special Judge, C.B.I.-I, Patna in connection with Sri Krishnapuri P.S. Case No. 48 of 2018.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
