1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State Ms. Pushpa Sinha and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Union of India.

2. The Investigating Officer of the case, in compliance of the order dated 17.09.2025, is present in the Court.

3. The learned APP Ms. Pushpa Sinha submits that the S.H.O., Civil Lines P.S. was also directed to remain physically present before this Court but then the S.H.O. got engaged with law and order problem, as such he could not come.

4. The Investigating Officer of the case, who is present in the Court, submits that notice under Section 35 BNSS has already been given to the petitioner and the petitioner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48444 of 2025(4) dt.18-09-2025 2/2 was called and he cooperated in the investigation also.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner, at this stage, seeks permission to withdraw the anticipatory bail application.

6. Permission is accorded.

7. The anticipatory bail application of the petitioner is dismissed as withdrawn.

8. The personal appearance of the Investigating Officer is dispensed with.
