The instant Letters Patent Appeal has been preferred against the judgment dated 24.09.2020 passed by a learned Single Judge of this Court in CWJC No. 7337 of 2020, titled as Kanji Lal Shah @ Keshav Lal Shah and Others Vs. The State of Bihar and Others.
Learned counsel for the appellants fairly states that post passing of the impugned order dated 24.09.2020, appellants were supplied a copy of the order passed by the Settlement Officer, whereafter, appellants have taken recourse to the remedies as provided under law, and as such, appellants be permitted to withdraw the appeal, with liberty to pursue the remedies already exhausted.
Permission accorded.
Mrs. Nutan Sahay, learned counsel for the respondents states that if the appellants were to fully cooperate, the Appellate Authority shall decide the appeal expeditiously, and preferably within a period of three months from the date of placing on record a copy of this order.
