JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 18-05-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 19.2.2018, seeks bail in Bhabua PS Case No. 638 of 2017 registered under Sections 386/34 of the IPC.

It is contended that the petitioner is not named in the FIR, learned Counsel seeks bail on the ground that FIR named accused Vikash Yadav and some others named accused persons Deepak Patel and Om Prakash Yadav have been granted bail by coordinate Benches of this Court vide Cr. Misc. Nos. 17504 of 2018, 24199 of 2018 and 25427 of 2018.

Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Sanoj Yadav @ Pataru is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of CJM Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Bhabua PS Case No. 638 of 2017.
