2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 324, 325, 379, 504, 506, 147, 148, 149, 341, 232 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner and others are said to have assaulted the victim.

4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is case and counter case from both the sides and both the sides including the petitioner have sustained injuries. The informant is the nephew of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Supaul in Triveniganj P.S. Case No. 258 of 2023, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
