JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 25-07-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents. The grievance of the petitioner in the present application is exclusion of the candidature of the petitioner on the ground that the petitioner has passed Matriculation and Sangit Prabhakar in the same academic session. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has cleared Matriculation in the year 1994 and the Examination of Sangit Prabhakar in the year 1996. If that is the position, the respondent may consider the case of the petitioner for current selection process. Necessary

Patna High Court CWJC No.1466 of 2017(9) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 decision may be taken with regard to the eligibility of the petitioner in the current selection taking into consideration that the academic session of the petitioner passing Matriculation is 1994 and Sangit Prabhakar in the year 1996.
