Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to implead the District Treasury Officer, Jamui as respondent no. 11. Let necessary correction be made during the course of the day. Pursuant to order dated 18.08.2015, learned counsel for the State has taken instructions and submits that payment of leave encashment, group insurance, arrears of salary and provident fund have been made to the petitioner. With regard

Patna High Court CWJC No.8588 of 2011 dt.27-08-2015 2/2 to gratuity and pension, it is submitted that the sanction has been accorded and after calculation, the same shall also be paid by the Treasury Officer, Jamui. He assures that the same would be done within two weeks.

Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the aforesaid position.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with a direction to the District Treasury Officer, Jamui to make actual payment of pension and gratuity to the petitioner within two weeks from the date of production of a copy of this order before him, if not already paid.
