2. The petitioner, husband of complainant, apprehends his arrest in a complaint case punishable for the offence under Sections 498(A) and some other ancillary Sections of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Petitioner is alleged to have committed torture & cruelty to complainant and thereafter, ousted her from her matrimonial home due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

4. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that entire prosecution story is false and concocted. In fact, complainant herself left her matrimonial home, since she does not want to reside with him. It is further submitted that petitioner never

It is next submitted that petitioner is not in a position to maintain his wife (complainant) and pay maintenance amount to her.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and inability of the petitioner to maintain his wife (complainant), the prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner is rejected.
